Place the TAG list field on the right (prefer on the right than left to be able to do this also for ticket later and keep the same location)

On click on a TAG, filter the list of tickets on tickets which have this tag

On click on a second TAG, filter the list of ticket on tickets which have THESE tag (= all SELECTED TAGs)
