Hide the 'powered by' label from the page footer and from emails for all subscriptions

I would want to ask for the option to hide "Powered by JitBit" in the email footer notifications for all subscription levels.

I understand that maybe the started level can still have it disabled but I think if we pay for a service it's OK to hide the power by and white label our email notifications.
