Daylight Savings Automatic Support

Multiple states in Australia enter daylight saving time for a period of the year where the time is moved forward or backwards by an hour.

Most systems account for this automatically with date rules (start and stop dates) - currently we have to manually remember to change our timezone to another timezone to support the change.

Automatic Daylight Saving adjustment would be a welcome addition.
