Allow Dependent Combos to have multiple parents

Currently, each combo option in a dependent combo selection can only be triggered by a single parent element in a previous combo. It would be helpful if you could assign multiple parents. The only work around currently is to create N identical combo options each linked to a different parent which is non-ideal.
