Option to resend previously sent reply/message within a ticket with one click (a few clicks).

Option to resend previously sent reply/message within a ticket with one click (a few clicks).
For an example if technician has previously sent a reply/message [with or without attachment(s)] to user (client) and for some reason the technician will have to resend the same reply/message [with or without the same attachment(s)] it would be useful to have a button (option) to resend previously sent reply/message.

Or even better would be an option to edit and resend previously sent reply/message within a ticket.

Thank You for considering the implementation of this feature.
If You are implementing the described feature please consider implementing the resend previously sent reply/message feature with the option to edit the previously sent reply/message before resending previously sent reply/message.

I can see that the resending feature has been implemented. Thank You for the implementation.
The implemented option to resend previously sent reply/message allows to resend the previously sent reply/message. But if the previously sent reply/message had an attachment(s) then the implemented feature allows to resend only the previously sent reply/message without the attachment(s).

Would be great if the resending the previously sent reply/message feature resends the previously sent reply/message with the attachment(s) if the initial reply/message had any attachments attached.
