Option
to resend previously sent reply/message within a ticket with one click (a few
clicks).
For an example if technician has previously sent a reply/message [with or
without attachment(s)] to user (client) and for some reason the technician will
have to resend the same reply/message [with or without the same attachment(s)]
it would be useful to have a button (option) to resend previously sent reply/message.
Or even better would be an option to edit and resend previously sent reply/message
within a ticket.
If You are implementing the described feature please consider implementing the resend previously sent reply/message feature with the option to edit the previously sent reply/message before resending previously sent reply/message.
