Technicians only comment box highlighted differently.

We transitioned from Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk to JitBit. Spiceworks offered a helpful feature that highlighted the technicians only comment box differently, clearly indicating it was for internal/tech notes only. We'd appreciate seeing this functionality implemented in JitBit.

We're currently indicating "technician-only" notes with a right blue border, but it seems this isn’t sufficiently noticeable. We're working on implementing a more visible indicator as soon as possible.
