Categories - Ability to copy techs from other categories in the same section

Often when using a jitbit install for a multi-use project different departments get their own sections and categories. (Eg: sales, purchasing, accounting)

When creating a new category for a section the only technicians that are assigned to the new category are the Admins. There are options to add All, Company, or department.

But in our case, the departments are granular to an overall department like accounting (AR, AP, Collections)

It would be nice to add an option of - Copy from other category and just select the techs that are assigned to the category.
