Feature request idea: Would be beneficial to have a filter view for Overdue tickets on the left task pane
As a supervisor it is time consuming dealing with the overdue tickets. It would be nice to have a filter at the top navigation tab or right panel dedicated to show all the Overdue/Past due tickets? The automatic notification isn't working for us and I need a better way to manage those specific tickets easily. To know who on the team is not updating the due date.
