Submit on behalf of another user editable Via... section

Please consider adding a function for admins to edit the via... section in the new ticket creation (Submit on behalf of another user)

Yes, we'd like to add "Teams", or a more generic "Messaging App".

yes, I want to add SMS Text Message and remove some unneeded ones.
