Add custom fields to the filter section.

We want to have the option to add custom fields that have been created in the Jitbit to the filter section.

I would also like be able to filter on custom fields. It would also be great if you could filter where value is null or blank. One example of where we might use this is by adding a custom field to track whether equipment has been delivered on time to new employees. I see it as a yes/no but upon ticket creation it would be blank. Want to be able to see just the ones that are blank.

I just emailed the helpdesk about this very feature and now I see that it is in the ideas forum. We are in need of this.
