Ticket confirmation notification option to disable just for subtickets

Normally, an email notification is created every time a ticket is created. However, if subtickets are created automatically (our process), there should be no notification to the sender. Unfortunately, Jitbit cannot distinguish whether the notification should be created for a ticket or subticket. Such an option is missing in JitBit.

How do you create a sub-ticket? Via API? Or via the web-app?
