Microsoft Teams based GenAI Chatbot

I want Jitbit to have a Microsoft Teams App Chatbot that connects to an instance to help users interact to get answers or collect relevant questions to help train (prioritize and assign) tickets automatically. This will reduce emails, calls, and direct team messages to our technicians.

I am not sure how many details I can add. Basically, it would be great for a user to chat with Jitbit in Microsoft Teams to ask for help. The Jitbit Chatbot technician could provide guided answers or ask basic questions to fill in a ticket with categorization, priority, call back number, computer hostname, etc., based on the category the bot thinks best fits the user. This info will help the technician to work on it. Right now, this functionality is done via email, but I wanted it through Microsoft Teams. I am glad to talk to the product team about this feature request.
