Automation Trigger: XX hours before a due date

Please consider adding a rule so that an automation can be triggered "XX hours before a due date" (i.e. 24 hours).

I think there is an option to check for "hours (or less) before due-time" that you can use in conjunction with "ticket has not been updated for 30 minutes or more".
