Create Report for Category Descriptions

While we try to fill in specifics for Category Descriptions, there is no way currently to view them easily or in one place.

Please provide a report or area that we can simply export / view all categories or subset of categories with current settings and techs/specific users/everyone assigned... all the settings would be a bonus.

This is to help assist people with determing what Category a ticket can be added to easily, or for new techs OnBoarding to learn what Category is for what....  vs the current method of "create a ticket and select each and every option to have it show you a description"  which is difficult and time consuming.
