Show tickets assigned to myself only (without being secondary assignee)

I have around 30 tickets assigned but when go and see Assigned to you I can see over a 100 tickets as I am added as Secondary assignee. It is really hard to manage my tickets when I am primary technician in this case. I know I can sort it by Tech but then I am not able to sort by anything else.
I think it would be helpful to have this feature added.
