email to all ticket subscribers” would be useful addition to the automation
rules option.

Actually, "add reply" rule does exactly that - adds a new comment to a ticket and an email goes out to all subscribers.

Hello Alex, thank You for pointing out the already existing feature "add reply" rule. I have understood that "add reply" rule adds a new comment to a ticket and sends an email to all ticket subscribers. But the suggested idea automation rule “Send email to all ticket subscribers” was not meant exactly the same as "add reply" rule. The suggested automation rule “Send email to all ticket subscribers” would send an email to all ticket subscribers without adding a new comment to a ticket.
