Some custom fields could use additional description or clarification of the information that is being requested. Adding that to the name of the field would start to make things look messy. Is there a possibility of adding a Description field that would appear when hovering over the custom field? I see this as being similar to the description field that is available for Ticket Category.

I'm looking for a solution for this as well. It might be helpful to have the option to create a instructions/memo/display only custom field that acts sort of like a banner or popup to explain what the field is asking for. This "instructions" field type would ideally accept HTML.
