It would be beneficial to have an option with one click to remove all additional subscribers to the ticket, except Tech and Originator. Or adjust the "forwarding" result - to have content of forwarding email visible and be inline with other reply.
We need to send the "request" under ticket to different recipients, and don't want them to became subscribers - one time information only. Forwarding would be an option, but it has "limited visibility" - it has forwarding email as an attachment to the ticket and system info that forwarding happened to "this" email. But no information about content of that forwarded email, until you download it and open.
We need to see the content of the email, we have sent to additional recipient, the same way as a "reply".
Scenario:
- We received "Network Access Request" from the end user.
- Some permissions are managed by different department or staff, not particularly all of them are "technician"
- We send an email from the ticket to them, asking to adjust the permissions.
- It could be 2-4 different emails and by default, all of them become subscribers, if we are using "reply" function (prefer - visible in the ticket) and will need to remove them manually every time.
- Forwarding in his case would not work due to "limited visibility" of the content - not allow to quickly see the "email to other" by reviewer or other tech, who need to confirm if all necessary steps has been performed in full and order is correct, without downloading it and opening.
