Mark for tech after sending reply from jitbit button

Idea for a reply button that would mark the reply as "for technician only" after reply gets sent out.

Sometimes we need to reply to only a couple of people on the subscriber list.

Currently we do it by sending reply out to certain people on the list then immediately edit the ticket and change it to "for technicians only".
