Mobile App Push Notifications for Comments on Assigned Tickets

It would be really helpful if the JitBit Mobile App could send push notifications when someone adds a comment to a ticket that’s assigned to you.

Right now, unless you keep checking the app or emails, it’s easy to miss important updates. For teams working on the move (like Maintenance or IT), quick visibility of new comments is critical to keep things flowing and avoid delays. 

For example, if a technician is onsite and someone adds an urgent comment (like extra details or changes), they’ll get notified right away instead of missing it until later.

If this could be an option in notification settings (so users can choose if they want it), that would be perfect.

This would make a huge difference for fast-paced teams using JitBit daily.

it would be sooo great! Especially with a toggle for comments also
