Automation Rule merge using subject or body

Add the ability to merge tickets based on text in the subject or body. This would be helpful to automatically add duplicate tickets together. Additionally, help merge tickets that are related and came from separate emails.

Adding this check box to the automation rule would also be helpful: "Convert to a reply in previous ticket instead of merging"

+ autosort the content in the new merged ticket + delete dublicated content.
