Update the comments options to include a "Copy link to this comment" option

Previous versions of JitBit Helpdesk allowed me to easily copy links directly to individual comments by right clicking a link below the comment and choosing "Copy Link" from the browser context menu. It would copy a link similar to: "{helpdesk-domain}/Ticket/68335#tdComment360375".

I can still create those links manually by getting the comment ID from page source but I cannot see a way to get them from the UI. It would be nice to add a "Copy link to this comment" option to the comment options nav:
