Challenge:
Creating an integration to Jira or Azure Devops for example uses a specific api key tied to a service account or user. When you link a ticket to the integration it provides the time/date/account that created the link, however it doesn't write an entry to the ticket log. So when you have multiple technicians with the ability to link a ticket, you go on a goose chase to figure out who did it.
Solution:
Create a system entry for the ticket that says what tech created the link. Same for when a link is broken.
