The integration with DevOps has been great, but we would really like to be able to include more information in the created Work Item. For example, we would like to be able to set the value for a custom field called Helpdesk_Ticket_ID or something like that in DevOps. Also being able to set tags would be useful.
Currently when a Work Item is created there is no way to know it came from the helpdesk without reading the description really.
