My team's internal stats of reoccurring issues are being messed with by emoji reactions (a feature in Outlook) reopening tickets. Some way to restrict this would be handy.

We investigated this and it looks like Outlook/Exchange do not include any meta-info or special headers in those messages, so we can reliably detect them.
The only way is to find "XXX reacted to your message" in the message text but that's too fuzzy.
We'll keep looking though.

@Alex, looking at the original EML file, wonder if y'all could just check if the img SRC attribute is prepended with "https://outlook-1.cdn.office.net/assets/reaction/". I would include a screenshot to show it, but doesn't look like you can do that on the ideas forum.
Other than that I also am not seeing any obvious header metadata, however wanted to share my thoughts because we have been seeing more and more of these lately. Honestly, would be great to have a built-in reaction feature in Jitbit itself anyhow (which this would just tie into). Looks like there is an idea for that here: https://support.jitbit.com/helpdesk/Ideas/52765
