Sometimes I need to print a ticket, in order to send the PDF to an external person.
When printing the ticket, I would like to have the possibility to hide comments "only for technicians", unwanted when sending to external personnel; system comments can already be hidden today.
I know that there is the "share" feature (that hide only for tech comments), that I also use, but sometimes it is preferable to have a real, non-editable document.
