Add an option to make the Subscribers (CC) field always visible on the ticket form

Hello, 

Currently the Subscribers (CC) field is hidden under the “Advanced” section when creating a new ticket. This extra step often causes users to miss adding relevant recipients, which reduces visibility and slows down collaboration.


It would be very helpful if the Subscribers/CC field could be made visible by default on the ticket creation form (ideally near the top, alongside requester and subject), without requiring users to expand the Advanced section.


This change would:

  • Encourage better information sharing

  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are looped in from the start

  • Reduce the need for manual follow-up or forwarding


Please consider making this a configurable option for admins, so each organization can decide whether CC should be hidden or visible by default.
