VotesHighlighting text through WYSIWYG editor
I would like the ability to set a highlighting color of selected text in a ticket reply. The editor currently has a "color" button to set text color, but there's no button for setting highlight/background color.
For example, I copied/pasted this from a MS Word document and the yellow highlighting was retained.

It seems like a lot of work to rely on transferring text between JitBit and MS Word to accomplish this. Switching to HTML source mode won't work for our users.
I envision a button like this one in MS Word:
