Technicians from other categories for specific tickets

It would be very useful if a technician from one category could add a technician from another category to a ticket, enabling communication via a message marked as “For technicians only”.

This would mean that the added participant would only be integrated as a technician within this one ticket, without generally being a technician in the “foreign” category and without having to constantly change the category of the ticket.
