API - GET user category permissions

there is the possebillity to POST TechPermissions for a category.

AddCategoryTechPermission (POST)

But why is there no GetCategoryTechPermission and save it to a Var.

There is also not the possebillity  to set category permissions for specific users or groups

will be nice to add that to the API.

Why?

its a bit enoying to add a user to ten  or more categories.
