We use Microsoft Intune to manage all of our desktops, laptops and servers. It would be really useful to have Jitbit integrate with Microsoft Intune, such that it could pull from there the Asset information, and relevant information like assigned user, manufacturer, ID and serial number.
Would also be really handy to be able to map custom fields to attributes from Intune.
Then when a ticket gets logged by a user, you could automatically see the asset assigned to them.
