To have a fillable form template ticket that users can tab through when creating a ticket that doesn't rely on custom fields. Custom fields are all located at the bottom of the ticket and cannot be separated out by line breaks.
For example, an onboarding and off boarding form:

Currently users are not able to tab through the fields if this template is used.
