Create Company level comments that show on all Tickets for a given company

It would be nice to be able to create company based comments that would show on new tickets that come into the system.   Example use would be for site connection info that contains a username or password to get into the clients in house system.   

This would prevent Technicans from having ot ask around the office " how do I connect to a site" etc.

There's already a "Notes" section for every company, you can click the company name in user-info popup to see it. But we'll think of making this more visible

Thanks it would be great to have notes auto appear as most tech's don't think to click the user info pop up to see company related issues.
