Create Company level comments that show on all Tickets for a given companyIt would be nice to be able to create company based comments that would show on new tickets that come into the system. Example use would be for site connection info that contains a username or password to get into the clients in house system.
This would prevent Technicans from having ot ask around the office " how do I connect to a site" etc.
