I would like to see a true ‘Technician only’ option for the tech completing the tickets to complete even if the person submitting the new ticket is also a Tech.
In this use case, we would like to use the custom fields as action items to complete and mark completed as they're working through the ticket. As it functions today, if a tech is the person submitting the new ticket, they have to pre-populate those 'Technician Only' fields to submit.
