Rename of Ticket

Please can we have feature to change all occurrences in of "Ticket" in the solution to something that closer represents the business area using the system.

Examples:
Incident / Case / Issue / Support Request / Bug Report / Problem etc

This would allow the solution to be used by organisations that might want a ticketing system but ultimately the profession and workforce talk a different language.
