It would be useful for Admins/Managers to have the ability to restrict Technicians from using the Out of Office feature. We have found that some of our technicians will utilize this to prevent additional ticket assignments or forget to remove the notice when they return to work. By having the ability to limit access to this flag to Admin/Managers it give Management control over the notice for the Technicians and can be used when they are truly out of the office.
