Validate/Clean-Up Form Fields

We'd like to set up Ticket Forms to allow account creation requests, one requirement is the ability to Validate Form Fields. For example, when the ticket is created and 'supplied Email' is entered, It would be nice if there was a way to validate a field, either using Regex during Custom Field Creation (Through an advanced feature) or ability to modify CSS to allow HTML to check for length or Regex for the correct string. Same goes for Telephone numbers and possibly ID Code RegEx Check.
