SharePoint Integration for Knowledge Base and AI responses
All our staff documents and knowledge base is in Microsoft SharePoint. How can I use those SharePoint knowledge base articles to power the AI responses to tickets?
I see I can add a website as a source for the AI response, but I don't think it will be able to "see" the SharePoint because its behind a login.
Also, I'm not sure I want a general purpose AI to see that, because some is private information.
Can I create a custom AI integration? Do you have any guidance on doing this?
