SharePoint Integration for Knowledge Base and AI responses
All our staff documents and knowledge base is in Microsoft SharePoint. How can I use those SharePoint knowledge base articles to power the AI responses to tickets?
I see I can add a website as a source for the AI response, but I don't think it will be able to "see" the SharePoint because its behind a login.
Also, I'm not sure I want a general purpose AI to see that, because some is private information.
Can I create a custom AI integration? Do you have any guidance on doing this?

Quick google-search shows there are a number of MCP servers for Sharepoint, that support "search" functionality. So AI agent will be able to search your SharePoint for supporting info without indexing all of it. However, search snippets returned by the search will be sent to the AI provider, there's no way around that
