It would be super useful to allow a user to be a "Manager" (see and close tickets of users) listed in user group. Reasoning behind this is you may have a C suite executive who needs to see her managers tickets, but the managers belong to different departments, and you don't want to give that user access to the see and close tickets for the company as a whole.
