Our support team's helpdesk currently pickup phone calls from office users for IT support. We use their phone number (or telephone ext) to lookup user and create ticket onbehalf of the user. It would be nice if we can lookup using phone number, but currently only Name, email, company is searchable. Please add phone number as well in future!
