Hide/show system log entries - Per person setting recommendation

I recently chose to hide the system log entries as it looks much cleaner within the ticket data especially when you have lengthy ticket bodies.


However, some users want to see if this can be done per user rather than a blanket change.


We did look into possibly using scripts but did not want to break some other part of the ticket system.


Is this something that maybe can be looked into for the future?
