Allow certain people to create tags. This will reduce the need for tag auditing to make sure the correct information is being put in and spelling is correct.
+1, it's a pain in the a**** to clean up the missspelled tags all the time.

Actually, tagging tickets is restricted to technicians only, both on "new ticket" page and the ticket-view.

Alex, the issue is the technicians are the problem. We need a better way to manage tags.
