Add the ability to require users to accept a custom disclaimer or policy during account activation or first login. I need users to accept our custom policy before they are allowed to access the/my system.
This should be fully auditable, including acceptance date, policy version, and user details. Administrators should also be able to update the disclaimer at any time and force all users to re-accept the latest version through a pushed notification before regaining access.
With GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, and CRA requirements, this is becoming essential for handling sensitive KB and ticket information. Since many companies, like I do, use Jitbit as a white-label platform, built-in legal acknowledgment and audit capabilities are critical according to my consultants.
