We added some External Tools to AI feature.
Some of them get data also useful to customers, so they are correctly used in the "Generate AI Reply" automation rule.
However, other external tools execute calls to reserved data, that should be always used and filtered by our operators.
For this reason, it would be useful to have an "Only for technicians" parameter in GPT External Tool configuration.
If enable, that tool should not be used in "Generate AI Reply" automation rule, for tickets and replies inserted by end user.
