Ability to add hyperlinks in text custom fields

We have some text custom fields in our categories that are for URLs specifically and a nice feature to have would be for it to make itself a hyperlink so you can quickly click on it to navigate when look at the field on the right-hand pane instead of copying and pasting into the URL bar.
