RGPD Compliance functionality in "reply" area

1. Add a field CC: under TO:

2. Automaticaly print the text below in each mail sent

TO : Company name\NAME Firstname

CC : Subscribed user 1; subscribed user 2; etc.

3. At the end of each mail, print the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" (translated in the language of the user) with a link on for unsubscribe to the case.

I prefer this solution than use the real CC field because with this the management of users in CC is managed on Jitbit.

You can edit the email template and include the #Recipients# tag that will be replaced with all users that were CC'ed in the reply.

We will add the "unsubscribe" link though.
