Create a "Last Reply From Tech Contains.." section in automation

Creating this as a part of the rules in automation would allow Helpdesk administrators to create Auto-Close Upon just a  Thank you from ticket creator, without having them also be closed by the tech asking a question and the creator responding without including things such as a question mark, need more help, etc., that would trigger the automatic close upon thank you rule. This would allow the automation of re-closing already-solved issues that get re-opened just because the creator replies with something like "thanks", "thank you" , "appreciate the help", "appreciate the quick response to my issue", etc., Without this, there are many false positives.
