Display URL to quick create a ticket in a given category

It would be really useful if it was easy to include a URL that starts a new ticket in a given category.

For example, I've written a KB article on how to install software, and in it I want to have a link to "Request new software" that when clicked just goes to the ticket creation page with the "Request software" category already selected and the template text displayed.  I'm pretty sure this is already possible, however finding the URL to use is not straightforward.  A link icon next to the category name that allowed copying the URL would be perfect!

I think this is already covered in KB: https://www.jitbit.com/docs/newissue/ under "Passing parameters (optional)" section. You need to alter the URL
xxx/Tickets/New?categoryId=1&subject=test&body=hello,world!
"categoryId (you can get this number from the admin section)" - if you cover category by mouse, you would see a link with Category ID at the end.

Right - it is buried in a knowledge base article. My suggestion is to make it easier by making the link needed for generating new issues foe each category right there on the category listing page.
