People can subscribe to KB sections updates, but there is zero visibility into what has changed when a KB article was edited, so their trip to the KB leaves them empty handed with what they were supposed to learn from the received notification.
Tickets currently use the system status message: Edited the ticket, with the TicketEditLog.txt attached, plus they feature the option to not log changes in case of sensitive information.
