It would be useful, in certains cases, to have in GPT context also the custom fields values (only for not-empty fields), in the form "Field Name: Field Value"
For example, we ask the software version in a custom field, and GPT could use this information to search appropriate KB articles.
Maybe, it would also be useful to add section and category name.
